They have modernised the pub and upstairs restaurant and its really nice. Food menu is quite good if a little limited. They badly need to update the photo(s) on menupages.

Have eaten here in the distant past but this time we got a take-away. Never again. The delivery service was good and nice bag etc but the food was horrible. We ordered 2 different main courses and pilau rice. The rice was brown and salty, not the usual white pilau rice you get in Indian cuisine. The main dishes were different but looked and tasted the same. Just lumps of chicken in a hot salty brown sauce. (chicken was ok) it was the worst Indian we have ever had. We both had to rinse our mouths out with cold water there was so much salt. There were no visible vegetables in either despite being listed in the menu. We have put a big X on this menu as a warning never to use again.

Beeftro - Dundrum
Pembroke District, Dundrum Town Centre , South Dublin, Dundrum, Dublin

We ate here a few times, using a voucher for a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine. The place is usually packed at weekend and its a bit noisy. The food & service is good but perhaps they could please expand this menu as its very limiting.

La Dolce Vita - The Chase
Carmanhall Road, Dublin 18, Sandyford, Dublin

We went here on a deal €60 worth of food for €34, which was good until we realised in small print that we couldnt include wine in total. This was dissapointing and a bit mean!.....Food was good.....atmosphere good, they had live guitar.....will go back again, (on a deal).

Utsav
Number 2, The Rear, Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Dublin

Without a deal voucher "Utsav" is too expensive. They have a garish yellow pvc banner outside which looks like a sign for a military boot camp. Why did they change the name from Indian Summer(much better). Bring back Indian Summer and their prices!

L'Officina by Dunne And Crescenzi (Dundrum)
Dundrum Shopping Centre, Dublin 14, Dundrum, Dublin

Atmosphere: ok...one room with lots of tables squashed in. Storage space is a problem as lots of crates stacked in front of service bar. No music playing! There is nice seating outside. Food: Average. Lasagne tasty if a bit too creamy. Bruchetta bland, topped with half ripe (orange) toms. "roast potatoe side" were more like baby pots boiled (in skins) with a splash of olive oil. bland; would make better myself. Wine: as usual in Ireland very overpriced, €19 for a non descript 2 star red house wine. General: Don't like their menu, which is confusing, pretentious (in italian) and has a lack of choice. They need to get their branding sorted out. Is it called L'Officina OR Dunne And Crescenzi?
