We have been here on a number of occasions. Never disappointed, Never!!! The staff never cease to amaze me, sometimes not writing down the order for a party of 6 and getting exactly what you order. Good quality tasty food, unbelievably cheap, great restaurant to relax and enjoy!

Harveys Bar and Grill Restaurant (Above Harvest Bar & Lounge)
Main Street, Balbriggan, Balbriggan, Dublin

Lacks Athmosphere Big portions, lively, good for the kids, video screens all over the place, good music but the same music on occasion, disk must have been on a very short loop. Food is tasty, reasonably priced, have either a starter or desert with your main not both, I couldn't move for quiet a while having made the mistake of starter/mains & desert, it wasn't a good feeling but the food was just too good not to eat!

Castellina Chianti
George's Hill, Balbriggan, Dublin

A Very Pleasant Experience. Balbriggan isn't known for its wealth of restaurants, indeed we only found this one through Menupages, off the beaten track but still in the centre of Balbriggan just behind the Post Office. The food here is simple, well exactuted & full of flavour. The menu is quiet extensive so there is something for everyone. The desert menu gives the impression of pre-prepared food but that is not the case. Also in these recessionary times it is incredably cheap! 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 deserts & 3 beers all for the pricely sum of €51. The music was very good if a bit too loud. We had the place to ourselves for a good while so the waiter was very attentive and friendly. All together a very very good meal & we will certainly be back with friends.

Bad Ass Cafe
Crown Alley, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Great for the hunger. Nothing special, convient within Temple Bar if you haven't anywhere booked. Honest to goodness down to earth food.

The Yacht (Clontarf)
73 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin

Just ok for pub grub, too much salt added to food, dirty tables with left over food, empty glasses. Gets very busy with kids running around. I'm all on for family days out but not unsupervised family days out where the parents are just interested in drinking!

Il Corvo Restaurant
98-100 Upper Drumcondra Road, Dublin 9 , Drumcondra, Dublin

Wonderful Experience. From start to finish. Starters a bit pricey, Wine list is also limited but food tasty and excellently presented. Very comfortable, relaxed atmosphere, attentive friendly staff. We will definitely be back.

The Summit Inn

Very basic simple food, try their nacho's, great Guinness too! Nice relaxed atmosphere.

The Upper Deck duplicate
Harbour Road, Above the Waterside Pub, Howth, Dublin

We asked for the early bird at 6.45pm and were told it wasn't available as it finished at 7pm???? Otherwise ok, don't sit outside the overheat heaters will slowly roast you. Varied dishes, I strayed off the Mexican path and had chicken Caesar salad which was very tasty, my better half went for a hot and spicy chicken dish & she wasn't disappointed.

Oscar Taylor Restaurant
Island View Hotel, Coast Road, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

It bugs me that you can't order a meal nowadays and get just that. You pay for the fillet steak, then you pay separately for the mushrooms, then you pay separately for your chips then etc....We were very disappointed last week when we dropped by here, nothing special, living on past reputations I think, staff would be better employed on the set of Michael Jackson's Thriller video, lurching around, no interest, slow, ignorant of the fact that they as well as the prices are losing valued custom. They have a carvery here also; there is no comparison, good food & service with a smile.

Elephant & Castle
18/19 Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

A bit pricey, but it is city centre, only gripe is that you can't pre-book a table otherwise it’s a great little restaurant!

Premier Inn Dublin Airport Restaurant
Premier Inn Dublin Airport, Airside Retail Park, Swords, Dublin

Good Value, honest to goodness food. Menu had something for everyone! Very attentive staff, customer friendly. Fillet steak a bit pricey at nearly €30

The Goblet
Malahide Road, Artane, Dublin

I had a work party here not so long ago, there were 30 of us and we ordered platters of food, reasonably priced, too much food even for 30 hungry lads, great service, friendly staff. Will bring the missus along for the restaurant food when I get a chance.

Coachmans Inn
Airport Road, Cloghran, Dublin

Great.... If you like fatty stringy meat, veg & spuds floating, not being able to find a seat or a clean table. Same goes for the restaurant.

Rolys Bistro
7 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin, Ballsbridge, Dublin

My only complaint is the sitting times, and that there is no delay between courses, you like to catch your breath. However the food top notch, a waiter will keep coming up to you throughout with different breads, very tasty, a bit on the expensive side but spotless, don't go if you are hungry or want to relax.

Little Venice
Old Airport Road, North Dublin, Santry, Dublin

Credit where credit is due. A much needed face lift, inside & out. Still friendly, good food, very attentive staff.

The Brasserie (Clonshaugh)
Bewleys Hotel ClonshaughStockhole Lane, Clonshaugh, Dublin

Certainly improved with age, the bar area is very comfortable as is the choice of bar food if you don't fancy going through to the restaurant. We found the staff very friendly, fast service, portions a bit small but the quality was second to none, I believe the carvery is very good too but it does get a bit busy.
