We dined here for the first time tonight early - 6 o'clock - so we were first there, hence 3.5 for atmosphere. The food was very good and the two waiters were very attentive, even though for one of them it was his first night! It was very clean and the décor was very fresh helped by the white linen table cloths and napkins. As we live a distance from Swords we did not even know where it was and the address on the voucher saying unit 4 was not a great help. It should have said 4 Main Street as is the address on their card! We will be back.

The Lobster Pot
9 Ballsbridge Terrace, Dublin 4, Ballsbridge, Dublin

In Ballsbridge at the R.D.S. and went here as we had not been there for years. As we were very early we had the early bird menu which had excellent choices. As usual the fish was very fresh and my husband had the duckling which was excellent. We had lovely deserts and the staff were very attentive. It is as good as we remembered it.

Stoop Your Head
Harbour Road, Skerries, Skerries, Dublin

Dined here last night with friends. Knew it had a good name for fish. We all had some - hake, prawns, calamari and had the turbot which was fresh and very good. I had pavlova for desert and it was lovely and light. The cutlery was not set at each person's place - would prefer it in place. I wonder what Francis Brennan would say!! Will be back again as it has a lovely location.
