Reviewed 17th August 2015 ( visited 27th June 2015 )I have eaten here many times...food is lovely and such great value. They offer an all you can eat for 20.00 and everything is cooked fresh to order. The staff very friendly and you never feel rushed to order or finish your meal and leave. Can be very quiet during the week but busy at weekends.
6-7 Jervis Street, Millennium Walkway, Dublin 1, City Centre, Italian Quarter, Dublin
Absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Very classy and fine dining feel to it. I was brought her for a bday meal and enjoyed every min. The table we were originally seated as was beside a large hen party (place is popular with hens as they offer cocktail classes) and as it was a bit loud we kindly asked to change tables. They were more than helpful and offered us a choice of 3 other tables. They also have private dining booths which I cannot wait to try with a group of friends. Food is fantastic aswell and very large portions.
Newlands Cross, Naas Road, West Dublin, Clondalkin, Dublin
Great for family events. Very child friendly also. Unfortunately the food is not great in my opinion.
Vanilla Pod Restaurant

Arc Cafe Bar
Liffey Vallley Shopping Centre, Fonthill Rd, West Dublin, Liffey Valley, Dublin
Had a voucher for a meal and cinema ticket. Ordered the wings to start and they were fab. For my main I ordered Carbonnara and it was just perfect. Great spot for a few cocktails/dinner before a movie.

Saagar Indian Restaurant
16 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin
This restaurant is quite hidden (down steps on Harcourt Street) but quite a large one once you step inside. Very authentic feel about the place, great service and very nice food. Will def return.
Shakira Indian Cuisine

Excellent Indian food....Best Samosas Ever!! Worth a visit
Unit 11/18 Belgard Square, Tallaght Town Centre, West Dublin, Tallaght, Dublin
Went here with a friend after work and we were well looked after. The Manager himself served us all night and he is a very friendly guy. Food is very fresh and tasty. Such big portions that we even brought some home. Only negative is sometimes they tend to rush you to order and come to your table many times but It would not stop me returning.
Quinlans - The Black Lion
Orchard LaneClondalkin, Clondalkin, Dublin
Lovely new menu! Can be very quiet during the week but worth a visit to try their new menu. I recommend the chilli beef burrito, its really nice and just the right size for lunch and less than 5.00. Great value. They also do a very nice carvery on the weekends.
Victoria Chinese Restaurant & Take Away
4 Main Street, Clondalkin, Dublin 22, Clondalkin, Dublin
Very good value for money. Have eaten here many times and I also order from them quite a bit. They do a set menu (4 courses) for 20.00 which is great value. My fav is def Chilli Chicken (Chunks) ....so tasty. Service is excellent too. Very friendly.
Boomers Bar & Restaurant
Woodford Walk, Knockmitten, Clondalkin, Dublin
Had lunch here (Taco Fries) and they are defo the nicest I have ever had!! Huge portion too and only 5.00. They do a really nice Roast on a Sunday too.
18 Suffolk Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Excellent Value on the early bird menu. Went here with a group of friends and really enjoyed our meal. All the waiters were very friendly and attentive. They serve lovely breads with olive oil to start, very large starter portions of meatballs and HUGE pizzas for mains, among other things. Lovely decor too. This place would be ideal for a date! Looking forward to returning.
Luigi Malones Restaurant
5/6 Cecilia Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre, Temple Bar, Dublin
Been here many times, food is very nice. I recommend the chicken wings...amazing!! Very busy and loud restaurant so good for groups/parties etc. If you go as a couple, don't expect a quiet chat lol Also, seating is quite cramped and you can feel like you are actually dining with the people beside you because the tables are that close. Defo worth a visit though as food is delish and atmosphere is very lively
The Pig's Ear
4 Nassau Street, Dublin, City Centre South, Dublin
I had high expectations for this restaurant and left feeling disappointed. Our waiter was not the friendliest guy you would ever meet! They give every table a selection of breads while they view the menu etc. Every table around us was getting bread except us and I had to ask twice before it was given to us. Bad start! I ordered the Sheppard's Pie - not great. Mash was very sloppy and too much of it and very little lamb. It actually made me feel slightly sick after. Will not be returning.
The Bull & Castle and F.X. Buckley Steakhouse
5-7 Lord Edward Street, Christchurch, Dublin 8, City Centre South, Dublin
Went to Bull & Castle before an evening show in Town and its a perfect little spot for a bite to eat and a beer/wine. Lovely setting, little candles on each table and great selection of nibbles (wings, onion rings etc.) or mains like steak/fish and chips. All very tasty and very well presented. Served on wooden boards with a few dips attached. Cool spot, will defo return. Great for groups too or after work drinks.
4 Rathfarnham Road, Dublin 6W, Terenure, Dublin
Went here for a family meal (10) and service was excellent. They went out of their way for my nephew who is very picky. Everyone really enjoyed their steaks. Would defo recommend
Thunder Road Cafe
Fleet Street, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin
Food is very nice n huge portions. My bf got a wings n ribs combo n loved it. Very tasty. Service not too good though. Our waiter barely came back to us so we had to call differnt waiters for drinks etc but it is an extremely busy restaurant. Will return.
27 Ranelagh, Dublin 6, Ranelagh, Dublin
Love this place! Really nice dining experience. Went here with a group of 10 friends and at 30.00 per person, it is excellent value. You start off with all you can eat salad bar, fill your plate, then they bring out cheese breads which are very tasty and a side of chips and begin to serve meat all night at your table. The meat is delish! Best Brazilian BBQ style restaurant in Dublin by far.
The Laurels (Clondalkin)
Main Street, Clondalkin, Dublin
Nice food. Visit here often for lunch and dinner. Chicken Kievs are really nice and you get two which comes with mash and veg. Roast is also very nice. Good value too.
The Red Cow Inn
Red Cow Moran Hotel, Naas Road, Clondalkin, Dublin
Myself and my Partner went here after work on Friday for a bite to eat and although he enjoyed his, mine was awful! He has a club sandwich and chips which he enjoyed and I got fish and chips. I have never seen so much grease on battered fish before. I tried to use my napkins to soak it up but it was still saturated and I could not eat it. The staff noticed I had not eaten my fish and took it off the bill which was very nice of them. Will not be returning and for the poor quality of the food, its not cheap either. Over 15 Euro for fish and chips.
The Capel Building, Capel Street, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin
Bought a voucher which was very good value but disappointed with the food and atmosphere of this restaurant. Very bland food but service was a delight. Unfortunately, I would not return.
O'Neills Bar & Restaurant
Suffolk Street, City Centre South, Dublin
O'Neills is by far the best in town for a Sunday Roast. Great value for money, huge portions and a great selection of meats. Been here many times and the only negative is finding a seat as they are always packed at the weekend. If you don't fancy a large carvery dinner they have a soup and sandwich section aswell as a bar menu so loads to choose from. I would defo recommend to anyone who has relatives from overseas visiting.
Toscana City Centre
3 Cork Hill, Dame Street (opposite Dublin Castle), Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2, Temple Bar, Dublin
Excellent restaurant!! Wine is fab! Downstairs they have a lovely private room as such with a few tables and an open fire. Very romantic for a date. Lasange very tasty. Will defo return.
Pattaya Thai and Chinese Restaurant
9th Lock Road, Nangor Road, West Dublin, Clondalkin, Dublin
Avoid!! Ordered from this restaurant and was very disappointed. Green curry was inedible and would not order again.
7 South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2 , City Centre South, Dublin
Best margaritas in town. Very Mexican feel about the restaurant, great friendly staff and really tasty food. I recommend the beef burrito! Very bustling atmosphere. Great for couples and groups.
Eden Quay, City Centre North, Dublin
Great Value for money. Visited Jimmy Chungs before the Laughter Lounge and the food was very fresh and tasty. There is separate counters for starters, mains, sides and deserts so plenty to choose from. I had Chilli chicken, spring rolls, fried rice and chicken balls....all delish :) Will defo return.
The Plaza Hotel Complex, Belgard Road, Tallaght, Dublin
I have been to Gin Thai 3/4 times as I absolutely love décor and atmosphere in this restaurant. Great for a romantic meal. Food is delicious too. My fav is the Gin Thai noodles....FAB!! Huge portions too
1 St Andrews Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Food is fab but if not on the early bird, it is quite pricey. The tapas portions are quite large. Lovely décor and atmosphere is nice. Very bust at the weekends.
5A Newlands Cross Shopping Centre, Dublin 22, Clondalkin, Dublin
I have eaten here many times...food is lovely and such great value. They offer an all you can eat for 20.00 and everything is cooked fresh to order. The staff very friendly and you never feel rushed to order or finish your meal and leave. Can be very quiet during the week but busy at weekends.
Kathmandu Kitchen Nepalese & Indian Restaurant
18 Dame Street, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin
Little Gem! My first time to ever write a review for a restaurant but I felt it was a must. Myself and my Partner went here Sat night and the food was fantastic!! We both had samosa and onion Bhaj to start ...delicious!! Best we ever had. I asked for a dish that I seen on their website but they advised that they no longer offer that dish. The waitress went and asked the Chef who offered to cook the dish for me :) Mains were beautiful and we even got a comp sambuca after our meal. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal, staff are great and we will def go back.
