Lovely cafe, always warm & friendly staff ready to ensure your break from the city bustle is an enjoyable one. The cofffee is amazing, big mugs of hot aromatic coffee & food that comes with a positive ethical value as well as monetary value. Well worth stopping in for some good food & great coffee if your in the city..

Chasers
Main Street, Pallasgreen, Limerick

It has been a long time since we last visited The Chaser as the food went downhill. I'm delighted to say the standard of food is right back up there again, all our dishes were delicious, garlic mushrooms, sea bass, sterloin steak & death by chocolate.. plus the price was great value.. 3 courses for only €19.. the decor is very sparse compared to when it was Chaser Fitzgeralds and they could really do with some candles on the tables to give the place an nicer atmosphere, I agree the seats are very hard & uncomfortable, it doesn't entice you to stay for a leisurely drink after your dinner is finished yet the open fire is a nice touch & our overall evening was enjoyable. We'll be returning for the food again soon & would probably return more often if it was more comfortable.
