This one is really a must-go in Dublin... Great service, great environment, I love the decoration and the shelves filled with all kinds of yummies, the staff was very nice and the cheesecake I ate was awesome! Oh, and their hot chocolate with marshmallows is to die for :)

Octopussy Seafood Tapas
7 West Pier, Dublin 13, Howth, Dublin

One of the best seafood restaurants I have ever been to. We ordered the mixed seafood plate and it was GREAT value for the money! The scallops were delicious and the oysters are as fresh as they could be. Oh, and the sticky toffee pudding with vanilla icecream is to die for!! The atmosphere is great, maybe because it was a lovely sunny day, and the waiters were always available and didn't keep us waiting too long, even though the place was crowded. In conclusion, I would go back there again tomorrow :)

Botticelli
3 Temple Bar, Temple Bar, Dublin

We went to Botticelli for dinner and had the two course menu for €14,95. I had carbonnara, wich was lovely, but honestly I prefer the pasta a little more cooked than al dente. The tiramisu was great, but the star of the night was, without a doubt, the panacotta, wich I'd go back there for. The staff was very friendly, but the service took too long between courses, even though there were not many costumers at the time.

Legends Bar (Lunch Menu) @ The Arlington Hotel
Lord Edward Street, Temple Bar, Dublin

This is a very nice place to go for a night out, to get in touch with the Irish culture... The food couldn't get anymore typical, and we are presented with live Irish dancers and Irish music, which makes a great atmosphere for a dinner or a drink with friends :) We had the Beef and Guinness pie, the Roast chicken and the Fresh Sausages, we got to taste everyone's food and everything was great! I will return there for sure :)

Herbstreet
Hanover Quay, Dublin 2 , Grand Canal Dock, Dublin

When I have a new friend coming to Dublin, I always take them to Herbstreet for a nice brunch, and I can tell you that place is perfect in every way: the atmosphere, the staff, the view to the Canal, and the food... Those Eggs Benedict are amazing, the veggie burger is a very good veggie dish that will fill you up until the middle of the afternoon, and the Irish breakfast is great too :) Oh, and the pancakes are to die for! :)

Yamamori Sushi, Tengu
38-39 Lower Ormond Quay, Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

What can I say about Yamamori? I love sushi, so it was just a matter of time before I tried my first Irish-made sushi :) We weren't disappointed, the Sushi was very good, the Tofu Steak is a very good and fulfilling option for vegetarians, the Chicken Teriaky was great, the atmosphere was very calm and the staff was very welcoming :) I'm still getting used to the prices in Ireland, so I thought it was a bit pricey, but now, after going out a couple more times, I realized it's not that expensive! I loved it!

The Church Cafe Bar & Restaurant
Junction of Mary St. & Jervis St., Dublin 1, City Centre North, Dublin

I went there in the middle of the week, we were very curious to try the food and to see the building from the inside, and the reviews for this place were all so good that we really had to give it a try! And we were not disappointed! The service was great, the food was sublime and the deserts melted in my mouth :) It's a bit expensive, but when the food is good and the waiters make you feel special, it's worth every penny :)

Jo'Burger
137 Rathmines Road, Dublin 6 , South Dublin, Rathmines, Dublin

I went to Jo'Burgers in a Saturday noon for lunch, with my boyfriend and some friends, and we all loved it! The food is awesome, both the burgers and the sides, the meat was juicy and tasty, and we loved the way they served us drinks, in bottles of wine and in glass jars :) I honestly recomend this place for a good lunch with friends, but I wouldn't recommend it for dinner, unless you go out next, because you'll be too full to go to sleep right away :)
