We stayed for a week in Lahinch and ate every evening here. The service here is very very good (even on very busy nights) and the food is always yummy. Our daughter had lamb everyday, coteletts, liver, leg, etc. Dear husband had fish, everyday a different one and I had various dishes over the days. The desserts are great, too. Over all we never spent over € 65 for 3 main courses, drinks and sometimes dessert. Atmosphere is really good.

The best ice-cream we ever had. Love to come for an espresso and some ice-cream. The Guinness Ice-cream is just WOW.

Browns Barn Bar and Kitchen
Citywest Exit, Citywest Bridge N7, West Dublin, Saggart, Dublin

Ate here with the family, came all the way down from Kildare as it used to be good years ago. It wasn't this time. My husband ordered the special fish dish. It should have been panfried and came out of the kitchen as boiled. The chilli sauce served with it was to hot for this delicate fish. I had the blackend chicken burger, it was kind of blackend. Big plate with just a burger on it. Chips came in a bucket, which looked nice, but they were cold. Our daughter had a kids meal, horrible. So much unhealthy stuff in a kids meal. Usually she orders normal food but this time she wanted chicken nuggets. She asked for mashed potatoes with gravy and chips (bit of that and that) with it. Not possible, it is either mashed or chips and gravy costs extra. The drink is a boxed juice, that's ok. But the ice cream. I never had ice cream with so many unhealthy synthetic stuff in it. All in all, we won't be back.
