We decided to go here on the spur of the moment and was glad that we did. They have a fine buffet menu with plenty of choice and you can eat as much as you wish. Reminded me of another restaurant where you can choose all your raw ingredients to be cooked in front of you and have the sauce of your choice. A fine big restaurant that would be ideal for a family night out with lovely staff. Will certainly be going back...

I expected more from this restaurant. There was no atmosphere at all and I was disappointed at that. Some of our group were sitting on wooden bench type seats with no cushions and were very uncomfortable after a while (I would expect this is McDonalds not here). I thought the menu was very overpriced for such simple food. The girl serving us was very nice and attentive and she organised a birthday dessert at short notice. Won't be going back as too expensive for what you get.

The Hairy Lemon Traditional Pub & Restaurant
Stephen Street Lower, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Had dinner last night on the spur of the moment and was glad we picked here. This is a great pub (located ideally if you are going to the Gaiety). The lady serving food was extremely busy with a number of customers but she kept on top of things and brought us everything we asked for very quickly. Have a really good selection on the menu and is reasonably priced. Would be a great spot to bring visitors to. Will be back.

Mongolian Barbeque
7 Anglesea Street, Temple Bar, Dublin 2, City Centre South, Dublin

Enjoyed it as a novelty restaurant but don't think I will be going back. Food was simple but enjoyable - beware of too many spices!!! Spent a lot of the time queueing up which took away from the conversation at our table as we were starting and finishing our dishes at different times. Great value for money especially if you are really hungry going.
