We came here as a group for a birthday party and I would definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is great and it is very laid back and relaxed. I had the calamari to start and it is amazing. For a main I had the burger which was also very good. Although not cheap, it is a very enjoyable place to go for dinner and one which hasnt let me down so far!

When I first arrived I had very low expectations given the photos on the menu outside but actually it was fine. We had a voucher from one of the deals websites for 2 steaks on the stone and they were very nice. The service was good too. The place is a bit of a mixture between a bar and a takeaway in appearance but I was quite pleasantly surprised by the food.

Copan
304 Rathmines Road Lower, Rathmines, Dublin

As a bar this is a good one but as a restaurant it is just average. We were waiting nearly an hour for our food even though it was only 6.30 on a Fri evening and the place was empty. All the tables had reserved signs on them so we were put at the very back and needed our phones to read the menu's it was so dark. When we were leaving half the tables were still empty! The food was alright, nothing amazing but not expensive. As a plus though the chicken wings were really good :-)

Dunne And Crescenzi (Sandymount)
11 Seafort Avenue, Dublin 4, Sandymount, Dublin

We go here most weekends as a family and the food is always good, the staff are friendly and overall it is very enjoyable. The portion sizes could do with being a bit larger considering the price but it is a good safe bet!
