Had dinner in Roast recently and it was delicious. It was a Tuesday night so only a few of the tables were occupied. Had the spicy chicken wings to share to start and they were so tasty....yummy!! It was hubby's birthday and the waiter remembered me mentioning it on the phone when I booked about a month ago. Dessert was brought with a candle and we received a complimentary glass of bubbles after dinner. Overall i would highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service brilliant and we both loved the decor. A driink afterwards in the bar downstairs rounded off the evening perfectly!!

We had a fabulous evening in August. We dined on the Celebration menu which was exceptional value. Enjoyed delicious Crab Claws to start (there were so many) and fish for my main course. The food was outstanding we both really enjoyed our declicious meals. We will definitely be back.

Booked for an evening meal on a Friday evening. The service was excellent. We were seated at a lovely table in the conservatory area. The food was delicious and lovely generous portions. I had the tian of crab to start and the john dory for main. We decided to share a portion of chips between us and thank god we did it was a great big portion of chips. The food was so delicious and its so refreshing to go to such a good fish restaurant. Will definitely be back.

Chakra by Jaipur
1st Floor, Meridian Point, Church Road, Greystones, Wicklow

We visited this restaurant for the first time on Saturday night. It was very busy but we were seated at a lovely table for 2 by the window. We were given a lovely little potato cake as compliments from the chef and it was delicious. We had the combination starter to share and it was so tasty. I had a chicken dish as main course and my partner had a duck dish. They were both lovely and well presented. Overall the food was delicious and we will definitely be back. Had a bottle of South African white wine which was well chilled. Highly recommend.

Was here for a Hen night in June. There was about 20 of us. The restaurant was hopping and there was a great atmosphere. Food was good however I didn't really see that much on the menu that appealed to me. The cocktails were lovely. Went down to the karaoke downstairs afterwards and it was a great laugh. Great place for groups.

Montys of Rathgar
88 Rathgar Road, Rathgar, Dublin

Ate here recently and enjoyed a delicious meal. It was our first time here and it won't be the last. The downstairs was full so we were seated upstairs. Seems like the restaurant has a lot of regular customers from hearing people talking to the waiters. The food was delicious. We did order a bit too much food but that was our fault. Service was great. Wine was lovely. will definitely be going back and would easily recommend.

Greens Restaurant
Leopardstown Inn, Brewery Road, Leopardstown, Dublin

Met friends here for dinner recently and was very pleasantly surprised. The menu is great with something to suit nearly everyone. They had a deal for 21 euro pp inc starter and main or main and dessert. We opted for the full 3 courses and were not disappointed. I also had a glass of chilean wine which was delicious. We all agreed the food was delicious. The service was friendly and we all loved the decor. I will hopefully be back again.

I have been to this restaurant twice and hope to be back again. The location is great, love the decor and the staff are so friendly. We had declicious tasty meals both times and the wine was also great. The breads and dips at the start are just yummy. They have some great deals on at the moment and even BYO wine with no extra charges. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Sweet Basil Thai
Lower Rathmines Road, South Dublin, Rathmines, Dublin

I pass this restaurant all the time so decided to try it at last and I wasn't disappointed. As the menu is 12.50 for a starter and main course I wasn't expecting a plush restaurant and the place is a bit sparce. However I was very impressed with the food my chicken satay to start was lovely and my red curry was delicious and creamy. 18.50 for a bottle of montana marlbourough wine I thought was pretty good I have seen it a lot more expensive in other restaurants. I will be back!!!
