Saphires Oriental Restaurant

Ate here many times, and each time as good as the first. Fab food, friendly service, and great atmosphere. Very relaxing in front of the open fire!

Cates Cafe

Met a friend for lunch here and was quite impressed. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly service. Good selection of sandwiches, wraps, paninis etc. Good value also.

Peacocks Bar
Rivervalley Shopping Centre, Swords, Dublin

Quite a formal atmosphere, not as relaxed as some places. Food is fab, can't fault it at all. Service was prompt & friendly, and value is good.

The Brock Inn
Ashbourne Road, The Ward, Dublin

Warm friendly atmosphere, as always. Have been eating fabulous food here for many years, but am very disappointed in the recent price hikes. 16 Euro for a Sunday dinner is far too extreme - sorry to say I won't be eating here anymore!

Gourmet Food Parlour Swords
Unit 2 St Fintans, North Street, Swords, Swords, Dublin

Great atmosphere in this place, and fab service to go with it. Can't fault the staff on their service - really friendly and efficient. Food: you get what you pay for. It may be a little pricier than I would normally spend on a lunch, but it's worth every cent! It's top of the scale when it comes to quality. Highly recommended!!

Balrothery Inn
Balrothery, Balbriggan, Balbriggan, Dublin

Relaxed atmosphere. Evening food is good, Sunday dinner is better. Service is a hit/miss, sometimes they're great and for that again you may have to go looking for someone. Costs are fair enough for pub-grub

Old Plaza Restaurant

Have been many times, and still as good as day one. Fabulous food, great service, and comfortable surroundings.

The Wild Swan Chinese Restaurant
1st Floor No1, Main Street, North Co. Dublin, Malahide, Dublin

Food is fabulous. Very squashed the night we were there. Would go back if it wasn't as squashed

The Orchid Restaurant
51B Church Street, Skerries, Skerries, Dublin

Average prices for a Chinese. Food is usually nice, unless they have a temporary chef (Yes, you can tell the difference!) Staff are very friendly. Uniforms could do with a wash more often! Carpet needs to be replaced, your shoes stick to it! All in all, food is worth going for!

Coachmans Inn
Airport Road, Cloghran, Dublin

Was taken out for a meal to the Coachmans for my birthday recently, and will be going again! The layout is very comfortable. The service is tops! The staff are so friendly. The food is just fantastic. Food to suit every taste. Starters, Main Course, Desert... No flaws! Highly recommended!

TGI Friday (Blanchardstown)

Overpriced. Food is nothing special. Wouldn't be hurrying back!

Sopranos Ristorante Italiano
Main Street (Above Michael Collins Pub), Rush, Rush, Dublin

Pasta dishes are lovely. Find the air temperature to be a bit cool, and that's a good few times I've been in. Nice place to go, when you can finish your meal, and go downstairs for a few drinks!

Yo Thai (Swords)
Brackenstown Shopping CentreSwords, Swords, Dublin

Absolutely amazing dinner experience! The entertainment with the chef cooking in front of you, the tricks, and the singing. I would highly recommend it! The staff are brilliant, and so friendly. One down point... The price hike! The difference in pricing recently has put me off being a regular visitor! We always went once a week, now maybe 5 or 6 times a year! Unfortunate, because it really is a lovely restaurant, with fabulous food!

The Red Bank House & Restaurant
5-7 Church Street, Skerries, Skerries, Dublin

Didn't like any of the food at all. Had soup for starter, was just like blended tomatoes! Main course was nothing like I was looking forward to. Very tight and squashed, not a lot of room. And the prices they charge for children half portions (on a Sunday afternoon) is ridiculous!
