- 140g flat rice noodles
- 3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter

- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled, halved lengthways, deseeded and sliced
- 300g pack beansprouts
- 200g pack cooked peeled prawns
