Choco-mel muffins


  • 50g chocolate caramel bar
  • 2 tbsp double cream
  • 2 chocolate muffins
  • vanilla ice cream


  1. Melt the chocolate caramel bar with the double cream. Scoop a bit from the middle of the chocolate muffins, then top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and the caramel sauce.
