- 1 meringue nest, broken into rough pieces
- 3 apricots, stoned and chopped
- 2 cubes Turkish delight, orange flavoured if available, chopped
- 25g skin-on almonds, roughly chopped
- 4 mint leaves, shredded, plus extra to decorate (optional)
