Sebastian Masi and his partner Kirsten opened the award-winning restaurant, Pearl Brasserie in 2000. Located in the centre of the historic Georgian quarter of Dublin in Merrion Square, this is a unique and authentic French restaurant that is fast becoming one of Dublin’s favourite dining spots. Born in France in the 1970s, it was always Sebastien’s dream to open his own restaurant, and that dream become a reality in 2000. After completing an apprenticeship and working in some of Paris’s top restaurants for many years, Sebastien decided to move to Ireland in 1994 to expand his career opportunities.
