We had a lovely Fish Supper. Very good quality and generous portions. Potato-pie was delicious as well! Great chipper, we will return :)

Second time visiting and the report is good. I was not too impressed with the scampi, but it was still very tasty. A little more expensive that you typical fish and chips but the fish is extremely tasty, proper hand cut chips and the staff are very friendly cant wait to go again

This fish and chip shop is without doubt the best in Cork. The fish is cooked while you wait and always a good size, the batter is light and crispy. The chips are real not frozen and always made from the best variety of potato available (Maris Piper, etc). The only gripe I would have is, the portion of peas is way to small. They also do a very nice burger. Staff are friendly and efficient. We had Harry Ramsdens, Beshoffs and we lost them ,this place is as good as either one.

All I can say is it was bliss. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was exquisite. I had a double cheese and bacon burger and chips and I would eat one again any day. The beef was perfect, so flavorsome and cooked to pure perfection. My friend ate fish and said the standard was the same the batter was immense, the peas - gorgeous, and the fish itself sooo fresh. I would recommend eating here if at all possible. Eating traditional Irish fast food taken the a new spectacular extreme :P

Got fish and chips here last night after a show in the Everyman. All I can say is wow! Best fish and chips I've ever had. I had a beautiful fillet of cod, pristine white fish in the lightest batter. Everything is cooked to order, you can see them dipping the fish in batter and straight into the fryer. It doesn't taste greasy or heavy at all, which is the norm for chipper gish. Excellent chips and beautiful well seasoned mushy peas. Tartare sauce needs more punch, more gherkins and especially capers. I know there's another place in town doing a similar thing but this is far far nicer. Please try you won't be disappointed.
