I am a big fan of this place and have probably tried most of the items on the menu at this stage. Everything in the Wooden Spoon is homemade and of a very good quality. The cakes alone are definitely worth a visit! The restaurant gets pretty busy so at times you may have a bit of a wait. Service is always friendly and helpful though and staff also tend to go out of their way to accommodate children. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable...their quesadillas are highly recommended!

This is a slice of the Continent with freshly baked breads, pastries and home cooking. The lunch options here are tasty and varied. I had the seafood chowder served with homemade brown bread and quinoa stuffed peppers with 3 salads, all for Euros 15. Excellent. The choice of sweet fayre is amazing in particular the butterscotch, apple and granola bake. The portions are large so be prepared. Well worth a stop off.
