Wicklow Brewery is the new addition to Mickey Finns Pub and Brewery Bistro. It's situated in an old bakery and mirrors an authentic rustic Beer Hall complete with stage for our 'Hooley in the Brewery' nights. We opened early September 2014 and will be phasing in new additions to our Menu by marrying some Dishes with our new beers.

The Brewery Bistro is situated in the OLD Colliers shop, where we’ve strived to keep a lot of that real rustic charm alive. The original shelving along with a bridge section of the first floor is still visible as is the old bakery stone wall. The room is lit up by Moroccan lamps and candle light give a warm intimate atmosphere perfect for any special occasion. A wood-burning stove heats the room.

Our vision was to create that perfect destination in a rural location, where you can absorb the essence of our beer in an authentic Beer Hall surrounded by the Brew House, Fermentation Tanks and Barley Mill where the actual beer is produced.
Whilst brewing the wonderful aromas drift through the Brewery Bistro, reminiscent of the bread baking in the old bakery days.

Combine some pre-drinks in the Brewery followed by dinner in the Brewery Bistro for a truly memorable evening.

Nice little surprise. The vegetarian option was falafel and was really tasty and a kind of deconstructed affair with all the elements on a wooden board. I did miss the hummus in this dish. Falafel needs hummus. But still really nice. I really wish I hadn't ordered the side of chunky chips. They were pure grease. I'm guessing they were fried once and then fried again to reheat them and they just oozed grease. But other that that it was a good experience. The waitress was very good too.. So all in all recommended.

I have to say our visit to this establishment was like a breath of fresh air. The ambiance, staff and food were all excellent. The menu (mothers day) was very original and the meal was one of the best I have had in a long time. I expect I will be a fairly regular visitor. David D

The food here is really fantastic, we got a burger each one chicken one beef and had half each to try, they were both amainzg. We have had other dishes on a couple of other occassions too and they have been delish we will defo be back and have recommended to all our friends. Would like to see a bit more of a presence online we found it hard to find it if there was music on certain weekends etc but we might not be looking in the right places.

The Brewery Bistro is a hidden gem of Co Wicklow. The food is great, and portions are generous. I ordered the roast beef and I was delighted to see that the gravy was homemade. It tasted genuine, with flavours of beef, tomato, and spices. The roasted chicken was crisp, yet juicy, and the fries were freshly made.nTo make things even better, they have their own craft beers, and the only issue is deciding which one to drink. Suggestion: the St Kevin's is excellent, but the Weizen they make is a great alternative too.

Great place, great food, great staff. Probably one of the best hidden gems in Co Wicklow, it's worth the time to reach it. Their craft beers are fantastic!

Amazing food, a very original choice of mains with Indian influence, we loved it! We weren't offered the beers tasting tray but as we took wine, we didn't ask for it either. Service was great and so was the atmosphere: I recommend it!

brought the kids camping to Redcross, so this was this restaurant was really the only option in the village. I wasn't expecting much because there isn't any competition. Have to say had the best beef and guinness pie I've ever had. My partner had fish and chips with the lightest , crunchiest tempura ever. My daughter had slow cooked rib of beef which melted off the bone. Was so impressed that we would drive down here just for dinner. Staff were also amazing.
