Beautiful food presented deliciously, bit pricey so I would not eat here too often but it is worth the trip when I do eat there

Brought a client here for golf and dinner. Golf was good apart from the rain but the dinner was a bit below par and expensive. To start we had scallops and Dublin Bay prawns followed by rack of lamb and steak. One dessert, a bottle of red wine @ €40 and two coffees. The place was very quite. Service was fine but the food was nothing outstanding despite the fact that the bill worked out at nealy €80 a head. Had high expectations but felt that the place was lacking a spark!

Enjoyed excellent food in a great ambience. Staff are extremely professional, we only had french waiters to our table, and the sommelier was knowledgeable and friendly, without being intrusive. We enjoyed Lamb Shank and Fillet Steak, both perfectly done and with excellent accompaniments. Would highly recommend ! We'll definitely be back.
