Food and staff were fantastic. Was a cold Sun night so restaurant not fully booked. I'll definately be back after this first visit. I'd say its normally more lively.

Service was atrocious. Arrived 7:15 on Saturday evening, with two young children. Most tables unoccupied. Still waiting for main courses at 8:45, even though guests at other tables who arrived after us had finished desserts and left. Had been an occasional customer, and a regular take-away customer, but never again!

Didn't expect to get a table last night for dinner it was a last minute decision but got one in the royal park in greystones a favourite of my wife and I although we haven't been in ages as we moved out of the area. piled the kids into the car for the 50 min journey. Got there anyway were seated quickly. We ordered mains skipped the starters. Food took a bit of time to arrive but they were a little busy so didn't mind that. When the food arrived I was a bit surprised the kids had ordered of the KIDS menu chicken fried rice they were tiny I had only started eating and my boy had nearly finished. We had to share our own meal with him his had been so small.we had also asked for no veg in the rice for the 3 but somehow that was missed as well. My portion of rice with my meal was very small also i remember they used to leave you a bowl with extra rice to top up but that no longer seems to be the case.Anyway food was nice had desert coffee etc and finished. Asked for the bill and had to wait 20 mins for it in the end it came then waited another for the card machine that didn't turn up so we just got up and paid at the desk. We also noticed the bill it was hand written non descript and the prices on the menu didn't match the price on the bill. Kids menu chic fried rice was 11 or 12 euro each and for the portion it was daylight robbery. It was dissapointing to say the least.

Last ate here on Christmas Eve,it has become a tradition of ours over the years. Always find staff very friendly and our family has built up a rapport with them over the years. Food is always good quality with an extensive menu to choose from. The restaurant itself has a warm atmosphere with modern decor. The only negative I find is that it is expensive to eat in A la carte, but it will always be a favourite of mine in Greystones.

This is probably one of the nicest Chinese restaurants around Co. Wicklow! At least when you finish your meal you are not starving again within the hour as they dont use MSG. The staff are quite friendly but extremely pricey if ordering from the main a la carte

Visited on a Friday night, but was very quiet only 2 other tables were occupied the rest was empty. I had previously asked 2 separate people on the street about a Chinese restaurant and they both said about this one. At first on entering up stairs I noticed the carpet was in a very bad state and this continued on into the restaurant which I thought looked terrible!! Its a bit dated however I ordered with the waiter a plain Chicken Curry and my husband ordered Beef Satay. The menu price was €18.00 Without the Rice or chips which you had to pay extra for!!! I thought this should be at least included in the price....However we shared a crispy duck for starter which was beautiful and service was quick. Yet when my chips arrived there was a hair positioned through them. I informed the waiter who apologised and returned with a fresh portion.. The beef satay was lovely and tender however the chicken felt rubbery!! Anyhow we paid the €54.00 that was on a non descriptive recepit and left. I thought as a mark of good will they would not charge me for the (hair chips) But they did!! So overall I felt feeling somewhat disappointed and needless to say I will not return....

Just had my second COLD takeaway delivered from this restaurant .. the manager was very rude when I complained and dared me to tell others .. it took one and half hours to deliver a takeaway 5 mins up the road ... the sauce on the sweet & sour was congealed and the chow main was like a jelly ... would NOT recommend them ..

Very consistant for sit in or take away. Duck Cantonese is prefectly crispy, my mother swears by the Chicken Satay, the only downsite is the quality of the chips. They seem frozen and are quite dry in texture.

I would generally rate the Royal Park as the best Chinese takeaway in the greater Greystones area even though it is not the cheapest. No one can beat their satay sauce on the skewered chicken satay...its to die for! However, was left feeling a bit disappointed the other night when the delivery took over an hour and one of the items that we ordered was forgotten. After conversing with the restaurant it was eventually delivered however by then the remaining food was cold. Hopefully they will redeem themselves the next time as their initial offer to refund the item was less than satisfactory seeing as it was part of our dinner!
