Had a very enjoyable meal in the Grape Vine last night. Food was delicious, great prices, lovely atmosphere but what made our evening was a fabulous host/manager! He was a delight! Highly recommend this restaurant in the beautiful village of Enniskerry

I chose The Grape Vine for St Valentine's Day. Paul & co. made it a night to remember for us. Wicklow prices & not rip-off Dublin prices & a real Irish experience. On of the best meals out I've had in years:) Also, Mac's bar is an old world Irish bar. All set in the beautiful Enniskerry village. Free hotel & village parking. MUCH nicer experience than smelly Dundrum..so what are you waiting for?!

My wife and I visited here for dinner. We received a warm welcome from the manager and he asked us would we like to have a drink first in Mac's Bar or Lounge which we did. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere in this Bar. When we finished our drink, we were shown to our table in The Grape Vine. We were impressed with the decor. The menu was exciting. It is a Tapas concept but the dishes were much better than tapas. We had 2 taster dishes first. Calamari and Duck. Both were amazing. The presentation was perfect. The portions were not small either. Then we had 2 more taster dishes of Beef Slider and Goats cheese. Again, good sized portions presented very well and tasted fantastic. We had a lovely Spanish wine too but if you prefer a pint etc then the staff can get any drink from the bar. There is an extensive "taster" menu and a comprehensive wine list too to suit everyone's budget. The taster dishes were between €6-€8 and 4 of the dishes was more than enough for both of us.. A great value meal in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back soon. Well done to all the staff too who are extremely helpful and friendly.

We had 5 plates between us, 2 as starters and 3 as our mains. It was perfect and the food was great. The service was the best bit with a really friendly waiter who played great music and bought us a drink. Will be back.

A real treat for food lovers, a surprising twist on the tapas concept which works really well. I went for three options, scallops, beef slider and chicken skewers each dish was served separately on a slate which really complemented the stunning presentation of each dish. My wife who is a vegetarian had a ball with the different twist and presentation put on the usual vegetarian staples such as goats cheese, asparagus and bruschetta. All of the above washed down with a well priced smooth bottle of Rioja made for the most enjoyable of dining expierences, something different that will cater for all tastes.

Had a lovely meal with friends on Saturday night. The small plates idea is great as the plates are more substantial than Tapas and that suits us.Atmosphere was perfect with dimmed lights and subtle background music. The food quality was second to none , wine list reasonably priced and definitely will be back.
