I stayed overnight at this hotel as part of a spa package with some friends. The lovely meal rounded off the night perfectly. The salmon and chicken supreme were delicious and there were lots of fresh perfectly cooked vegetables. The room lacks atmosphere though. Breakfast the next morning was very good - plenty of choice and great bread.

Was here on a Sunday dinner,The atmospehere was nice, the only thing we had very noisy neighbours at the other table,Waiting staff really friendly, they made our evening much more nicer, the food was average,my fish was beautifull but the sides were not tasted by the chef, they were bitter, however my friends main was really lovely.would go back there to try different things from the menu!

Very nice hotel country house style near the Powerscourt Estate in Co. Wicklow just outside Dublin. Hotel looks to be a popular venue for weddings. Just had barfood there, menu had good choices. Food was basic enough. Decor inside main building in bar and restaurant is a bit dated. Newer spa area and banqueting area look much newer. Not sure I would rush back there again.

Dined here as part of an inclusive overnight package we had. When we arrived at the hotel we were originally told there was no space in the restaurant that night (even though we had been told to take the dinner package in the over night option). Having declined bar food we were told we could have restaurant food in the bar. When we arrived in the bar to order somehow there were many free tables in the restaurant and were moved in there. Staff were friendly but there seemed to be lack of communication as we were asked by different staff members if we had ordered. Food was nice but was too quick to appear giving the impression that it is not as fresh as you would hope and instead sitting waiting for perspective customers to order it. Mash was quite dry and the wine was not that year listed on the menu. A pleasant evening but I probably would not dine here again if it was not included in the overnight stay price
