Really enjoyed our visit here. The place is divided into three or four sections and all were busy. There was a pool table which our kids played a few games on. The food was very good and lots of fresh fish on offer too. I couldn't resist the rack of lamb which was delicious, melt in the mouth - served with loads of baby new potatoes and carrots, broccolli and cauliflower. Husband had the special chicken dish - a fresh breast of chicken cooked in spices and served with mixed rice (rice with vegetables) and a curry sauce - he loved it. One son had the mixed basket - sausages, nuggets, onion rings and chips (frozen type) in a basket - good value. The other son had scampi and chips which came with a bowl of fresh peas and some tartare sauce - although obviously frozen scampi they were delicious. Good atmosphere with plenty of customers coming and going. The service was friendly and efficient too. We had three glasses of red wine, four pints of Guinness, and four Cidonas and the bill was around the €80 mark.

Great pub grub in Kilrane Co. Wexford. Good selection, super service and great value. Pints of Guinness were top class too. Mushroom soup, toasted ham, cheese and onion sandwich finished off with bread and butter pudding for under €14. All lovely. Will be back.
