We found this restaurant as it is off the beaten track but the food in it was gorgeous. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the garlic potatoes accompanying it were so tasty. We would highly recommend this little gem of a restaurant.

Delicious food, very friendly & helpful staff & excellent value for money. There was 10 of us in total and everyone was very happy with the food & service & we all couldn't get over how reasonable the bill was. Waitresses & chef were all so friendly & helpful & efficient. Highly recommend this restaurant & am already planning a return to it.

Very disappointed. Practically the only customers in the restaurant and were the only customers by the time the main course came out. Mushroom starter was tasty but needed a side sauce. My wife had pasta and chicken dish virtually devoid of any chicken. Pizza was adequate but lacked flavour. Background music turned off to watch football which detracted further from the lack of atmosphere. Overall, very disappointing for two customers who are easily pleased. Would not return

Absolutely love this place, I eat here everytime I'm in Athlone. I have yet to find better Italian food. Everything on the menu is so authentic. I particularly love the garlic mushrooms, pavarotti's potatoes and the chicken fettuccine. It is fantastic value for money, very hard to find such quality food at such reasonable prices. The athmosphere is always amazing and despite the fact that the restaurant can get very crowded it never feels cramped, it just adds to the athmosphere. The service is fantastic, very warm and friendly. Can't wait until I'm in Athlone again!

an old favourite of mine from my college years. Service and food lovely. The finale of the sambucca tops it all. Brings back so many fond memories and still as good as ever
