Ho Mok Gai
originally a seafood recipe that Janya’s mother adapted and made her own. Fresh ground chicken blended with coconut cream, red curry paste, Chinese leaf, fresh basil and coconut milk. All the ingredients are blended and steamed and served in banana leaf. Perhaps the most outstanding dish on our menu.
