Come to the Radisson and you will not be disappointed. From the staff to the food the Radisson goes above and beyond. It has not been my first time eating here and it will definitely not be the last. It is fast becoming my favourite place to eat. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing from starters to dessert. I don't know which course was my favourite. Good value for money and get up from the meal feeling satisfied.

Really enjoyed my experience in Elements. We availed of the Early Bird Menu which was excellent value at €20 for 3 courses. I had risotto to start, which was the perfect size and really flavoursome. Then I had cod which was nice, followed by the apple and berry crumble which was a little dry. Overall really enjoyed the meal and found the staff to be incredibly efficient. Would certainly return again.

Treated my boyfriend to a night away for his birthday in the Radisson. We had a fabulous meal in the Elements Bistro. The place was packed given it was a Saturday night and there were alot of hens staying the hotel but we did not feel neglected or overlooked. The food was cooked to perfection - I had the pork belly for mains and to say it was melt in the mouth was an understatement. I have never seen pork come away from the "fat" so easily. My boyfriend had steak and said it was cooked to perfection. The staff were very helpful and even though we went for the Table D'Hote menu there was no issue substituting from the A La Carte menu and they even have provision for it on the menu already so you know what the cost is before your order. The bill for two 4 course meals including a bottle of wine and 2 substitution came to €79.00. For the level of service and standard of food we receive it was amazing value. The following morning we had breakfast in Elements and the range and variety of food on offer was unbelievable. There was even a mini pancake machine for fresh small pancakes and every topping you could want was beside the machine so no rummaging for anything. The hot buffet was great with all kinds of breakfast food available and the table next to us order an omelette and even though I don't eat omelette it looks fabulous. I cannot find fault at all. The hostess even remembered us from the night before and knew the room number we were staying. That is good customer service.

We visited here on a Monday evening in August. At first we entered a quiet restaurant with three other tables being served. As it was a Monday, as per common practice these days for Hotel restaurants there was minimal staff. We didn't realize however that the manager that greeted us was the only person working the restaurant that night. I large group entered soon after us and it was obvious the sole member of the waiting staff couldn't cope. The service was almost non existent and we received no bread when other tables were getting it, the wine we ordered didn't arrive either. Bar staff were called in to dig out while the manager did as little as possible to help. Our starters were acceptable but our mains were a disaster, the potato rosti which accompanied my "supreme" of chicken was coated in paint from the baking tray. We pointed this out and our starters were deducted from our bill after some confusion from our barman/waiter and his fearless leader at the counter. A really poor excuse for a restaurant and a real contrast to any other Radisson’s we have dined in.
