Lovely lunch with my best friend. Great staff and service.

On a recent visit to The Granary I was most disappointed to be served frozen strawberries in a Pavlova. On every road into the city there were fresh Wexford strawberries for sale. Why use inedible frozen fruit during strawberry season.

The quiches and tarts here are exquisite. So fresh and delicious. This is high-end stuff for a cafe. Unfortunately it lacks atmosphere as it is a bit like a canteen in a glass house attached to a beautiful old building. BUT the food makes up for it.

A great spot for breakfast, a coffee or a very reasonably priced lunch. You can see all the food being prepared freshly on the premises. They also supply a great range of party food. There's always a buzz in the place, which seems to be very popular with locals. Always a good sign.
