Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this cafe. I ordered a Smoked chicken salad with grilled ciabatta and red onion marmalade. I was brought down a basic salad with maybe 4 strips of chicken accompanied by half a slice of white bread with a small cube of butter. There was no grilled ciabatta or marmalade. When I went to pay for the lunch a very nice waitress looked at the price an seen it was meant to cost 9.95 which she obviously thought was expensive and asked did I get chips with it which I told her no and explained that I didnt even get grilled ciabatta. She went into the kitchen and on returning kindley told me that they told her she has to charge me 9.95 which I said ok but Im just letting you know I didnt get what was meant to be on the menu. So she returned to the kitchen and got a very rude and unprofessional different waitress who strangely starting shouting at me how they smoke the chicken themselves which had nothing to do with the situation, so I explained about the ciabatta and go no apology only humiliated in front of a café full of people. As I only had a couple of minutes to return to work I had to pay 10 euro for a basic chicken salad. Absolutely shocked with the bad level of customer service buy one indivual waitress and her inability to be polite. Also seems like in this café "the customer is always right" does not exsist. Would not recommend it to anyone. I am not usually one to fuss over such matters but just felt like if I was paying that much for something so simple I should not have been treated so disgracefully.

5 stars on everything!! I would highly recommend this place, for lunch especially. The food was simple, tasty and well presented. It was inviting, warm and the staff were very excellent. Though it was busy, the level of service was like you were the only one in the place. It is everything you want a cafe to be!! p.s. the coffee beats Costa and Starbucks!!! ;)

Really tasty food at easy on the pocket prices. Nice to see a great extensive menu for both lunch & dinner, we just tried the lunch menu but we will definitely be back some evening to try the bistro menu.
