A useful stop off spot on the Cork/Dublin Rd. Food is varied and quick as well at the service. Nice value and tasty.

This is a perfect stop off point for travelling the new motorway between Cork - Dublin, it's only a 1 minute drive off the motorway, so it doesn't take much time out of your journey...apart from the slow service. We stopped off here on a Friday night, most of the evening rush had passed and it was relatively quiet. We only ordered main courses but waited over 45 minutes to get them. There wasn't shortage of waiters/waitresses so the delay must have been in the kitchen. The quality and price of the food was quite good though. I had steak and my wife had fish and chips, both were very tasty, portion sizes were very large. During the day time they have a superb cake and coffee bar open here serving a huge range of cakes and breads, it closes at approx 5pm though.
