The Hi-B always has a welcoming atmosphere on the many times I've visited. The service is good and the staff are very helpful. The food arrived quickly.

Came here for food to break up a long journey, not by choice but because it was the only place we could find in Nenagh on a Sunday evening. I was there with two others. I had the cod in batter with salad, chips and tartar sauce. The fish was not fresh! The batter was soggy and the chips were not good. My husband had a burger which was a bit better and a friend who was with us had chicken goujons, the portion was tiny. The price of my fish was €18 which I thought was a huge rip off, expecially given that the quality was so poor. Will not be back!

I am a frequent visitor to the Hibernian. I have always found it too be a friendly, welcoming place to dine for both lunch or dinner. The quality of food is always to a very high standard. I would highly recommend the steaks as the quality of beef is second to none. the menu offers a broad selection to cater for most peoples tastes. the decor is modern therefore i disagree with the comment of it being dated. highly recommended.

Stopped in here returning from a match in Limerick, the decor is a little dated and the service a little slow but the food is lovely and the portion sizes massive. I had the pasta carbonara which was beautiful and creamy, my sister the mixed grill which was the best mixed grill I have ever seen. Highly recommended.
