Great find! Right in centre of Sligo opposite the Railway and Bus Station. Lovely room with little booths at the back of main dining room. It was very quiet although a Saturday and deserved to be bursting at the seams. Excellent food, great steaks (which two of our party had) and locally caught fish. Reasonable prices and wine list. Only drawback is no lift if you have problem with stairs, they are quite steep. Parking can be found just around the corner on residential street. We will be back.

My wife and I visited here last Friday night while on a weekend in Sligo. It is situated a bit out of town opposite the train station. We hadn't booked but got a table as it was pretty quiet. We both had starters which were presented well and were quite substantial. We both went for the specials for main course. I had hake fillet and my wife had the mushroom rissotto. Overall the food was of good standard french bistro food. The only downside was the service. Maybe we just caught the waiter on a bad night but he didnt have a full house by any means and left us alone for long periods. Also he had problems uncorking our wine. On paying the bill he brought the mobile credit card machine down to our table and then disappeared with card and machine up to the cash register, a total no no in this day and age. Apart from this the chef has to be credited with producing good food. The rest of the team needs to up their game a little
