A pleasant relaxed restaurant with a varied menu to suit most tastes. I had the prawns in filo to start. Very good. Followed by the chicken breast stuffed with Black pudding. Also very good. And finally the apple pie. Really good. Flushed down with a Shiraz. Yummy. Wine menu could be more varied but is fairly well priced for the wines listed. Raymond himself is a hard worker paying attention to detail. I will go to this restaurant again. It is a wee bit noisy for a romantic evening ,ut just right for a family do.

I have been here many times, most recently in January. The food is fairly standard but decent, and it is well presented and arrives quickly. The service is friendly and the value is second to none - we were a group of 6 who paid 25 euro each for a start, main and dessert, including tip! If you book as a group of people for an occasion ,they might throw in a bottle of sparkling wine for free - a really nice touch. Great place to go with a group - vegetarians have limited options but generally this place is a real crowd pleaser.
