Java Juice is a lovely, quaint little restaurant situated in Trim. Nicely laid out with tables outside for those enjoying a coffee al fresco. We went here for lunch with our 2 children and were delighted to see a comfy sofa in the corner which we used for a well deserved rest. The menu is excellent- you could be forgiven for thinking you may be in france, spain or italy with the menu being so varied. If you like salads then this is the place to go. The owner was very helpful and welcoming and although we sat for ages after having our lunch. we never felt like we outstayed our welcome. 10 minutes stroll from Trim Castle and you'll find it! Well worth a visit and you'll want to go back.

This cafe is under new management and the changes made haven’t all been good. They used to do a spicy chicken which was lovely on sandwiches but isn’t available anymore and the thick cut bread has been replaced with your usual cheap, thin variety. The menu has been expanded but I have to say I don’t go in here nearly as much as I used to.
