Extremely disappointed with our visit. Left waiting to be seated and then waited 20 mins before our order was taken and it took them over 2 hrs to serve us a starter and main course. We were a party of 2 adults 1 child. We had to fetch our own drinks and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. Food was ok but not for the price. I contacted the owner privately to let them know about our experience to which his reply was rude and obnoxious, stating how fantastic and amazing his staff and restaurant are and he told me I was sad and vindictive because his staff were trying to earn a living. Would not recommend this place at all and my advice would be don't bother complaining as the owner doesn't care.

Have eaten here many times since they opened. Love the pulled pork, and others love the beef brisket, though on rare occasions it hasn't been up to previous quality. Think this may be chef dependent though. Always happy with the service, the servers are brilliant and very helpful.
