Had a meal yesterday with friends.while waitress was setting the table she knocked two glasses of water all over my lap.I didn't make a big deal about it.She said sorry and that dessert was on her.that was NOT the case when the bill came we were disappointed to find we had been charged for dessert and extra pot of tea that we didn't order.needless to say I won't be eating there again.it's a joke.

Just had dinner with friends. We received a warm welcome. However while the waitress was putting cutlery on the table she knocked 2 glasses of water on me. She did say sorry and said dessert was on her. Our food was lovely and service was good. When the bill came we were disappointed to find we had been charged for dessert after she said it was on her and extra pot of tea we didn't have. Don't know if we will return in future

Seems like a very popular restaurant, tried getting a table on the Friday and it was booked out. We were only two nights in Westport but it looked and smelled so delicious we decided to book for the Saturday. The food is fab, my husband ordered prawns with chilli and garlic for starter and I had garlic bread and we both shared which was more than enough as they brought out some breads and a dip while we waited. For mains we had pan fried fillet of chicken in a bacon, white wine and tomato sauce & I had crab with homemade fettuccine in a chili and garlic white wine sauce, very generous amounts of crab. Lemon cheesecake to finish. Overall great service, maybe if being picky a little too quick. Lovely atmosphere small and quirky but it works. Price was a little high compared to a lot of Italian restaurants I've visited but not through the roof and this is no bog standard pizza menu. Really thought it was lovely and would definitely return if ever in Westport again. Would recommend booking...enjoy!!

Loved everything about our visit to this restaurant! Wonderful music, decor, food and wine and lovely staff. I had the Salumi starter which was a selection of cured meats adorned with some amazing cheese. I then had a baked hake cooked with olive oil and herbs - as someone who doesn't like butter this was a lovely variation on the traditional cooking of fish. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Westport.

Typical Italian-style restaurant – lovely music playing in the background, candles were flickering, fresh clean table linen dressed the tables – it was just perfect. It’s quite a small place but ideal for a quiet meal. There are some tables on the patio outside, and on a sunny day I’m sure it would feel almost continental dining outdoors, but not on the evening we visited! The menus are very good, and we opted for the early-bird, which had a pretty good selection on it. I had Bruschetta for a starter and Seafood with Fettuccini for mains – both scrumptious. Fresh water was topped up at our table all evening. Beautiful food, excellent service (by one waitress who looked after everbody) a delicious bottle of wine, and two coffees all for under €60. This is exceptional value which would be hard to beat anywhere.

This is a small, intimate restaurant tucked away in a courtyard in Westport. They were doing a fantastic early-bird offer of 3 courses for less than €20 per person so we decided to try it out. We got a lovely warm welcome and were told to sit any where we wanted. A fresh carafe of water was brought to our table, along with a plate of fresh tomato bread and two different dips, so we enjoyed munching on them as we looked through the early-bird options. I chose a starter of savoury pancake with cheese, mushrooms and all sorts of tasty goodies tucked inside, and pan-fried marinated chicken for mains served with a dish of freshly cooked seasonal vegetables. Both meals were absolutely delicious, and served by a very pleasant waitress. We were left in peace to enjoy our meal, and while I cannot comment on the atmosphere because we were first into the restaurant, it had begun to build up by the time we were leaving, as other diners trickled in. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who intends visiting Westport, it's great value.

Went here on a very busy weekend in Westport so booked ahead, I would advise anyone to book ahead here as it is quite small. My girlfriend had the seafood pasta and I had pizza, both dishes were excellant. The staff were very nice, our table wasnt ready when we got there but didnt mind as we were treated well. Lovely food and good value, would go here again when I return to Westport, fully recommend it.

Torrinos is a wonderful intimate Italian restaurant in a little laneway off Bridge St. There were only 3 tables occupied on this Sunday evening so the atmosphere was a little lacking but the service was excellent. I started with the crostini which was full of juicy tomatoes and he had the prawns which were big and he said they were tasty. I had the pollo al crema for mains, I aksed for spagetti instead of fettucini which wasn't a problem. I got a niced sized bowl which I was nearly able to finish, usually I find Italian restaurants overload pasta plates and I find too much on the plate is off putting but this portion size was just right. I finished off with a wonderfully creamy vanilla panna cotta which was just devine! Definitely would return here if I visited Westport again.
