This restaurant came highly recommended so we just had to try it. The setting was very elegant in a beautiful old house. This is a 5 course meal. At €65 per person I felt it was very expensive for the quality of the food we received. I was a little disappointed to find that the starters were all fish apart from a chicken liver paté (I am not a fish lover). There was some lovely soup or sorbet as course # 2 but I was very disappointed with a very dry steak for my main course. There was dessert and a cheese board before tea/coffee in the drawing room. I was expecting much higher quality of food based on the recommendation and the price. All in all it cost €180 for us as a couple (1 bottle of house wine). There is an extensive wine list for a the wine buff but our pockets would only stretch to the house wine. Mildly disappointed. Will not be venturing back.
