The food was decent but our night out was ruined by the fire alarm ringing for the duration of our meal. Staff were unable to turn it off. We have a young family and nights out are rare, this night was a complete waste. We could have stayed at home and saved on the babysitter. My ears are still recovering from the ordeal!

This place is my favorite place to eat. I am a regular and have never received bad food. The service is impeccable. Always take family to Riva and have had quiet a few family celebrations with large numbers and have never been disappointed.

I find this place really reliable for a nice quick bite to eat. The restaurant has been renovated since I was last there and the decor is very nice. I had my firm favourite, riva pasta which consists of tagliatelle, sundried tomatoes, spinach and goats cheese. Its is very tasty. My friend had the cream of vegetable soup which was served with delicious brown bread and also a chicen tikka wrap. I think the sandwiches being served on little wooden boards is a really nice touch. Will return

Been here twice now...both times myself and my partner had goats cheese and then chicken wings...Portions of wings could be doubled i think but always tasty and spicy. The goats cheese is mouth watering...the ingredients just work so well...definetely worth a trip!

This really is the best place to eat in the area, be it for lunch or dinner. The menu is varied, but not overwhelming and all the food is beautifully cooked and presented. Great atmosphere for small groups or for couples. only negative points for me are that: 1. service is sometimes a little slow 2. due to the loation in a pedestrian street, parking nearby in limited. But overall, a fantastic place to eat.
