Myself and my Girlfreind wnet in here on New Year's Eve. We waited about 5 mins to be seated which was to be expected, considering we had not booked. On to the food, the food was amazing. My girlfriend had the Tomato and basil soup which was very nice, I had the Fish soup (it was a chowder), but this was also very nice. Faultless. Then there was Steak (sirloing I am thinking) but this was cooked to perfection as well. I had the roast Brill which was also perfectly cooked. The deserts were the highlight of a faultless dining experience. I had the apple Crumble and it was unexpected, very different and yet very tasty. The other Dessert was Sticky Toffee Pudding which was also sensational. Highly recommened.

Very good service and one of the only resturants in Dingle to offer an early bird longer than an hour. Saying that the Al a Carte is still expensive in it's own right (again in keeping with other resturants in Dingle). I had crab claws to start which was a big portion the crab being very fresh and very good. I had rack of lamb for my main course again a big portion cooked as orderd and an excellent herb crust on the lamb. My boyfriend had prawns in garlic to start which was lovely, a good size protion and also very fresh. He then had half a lobster for his main course which he enjoyed and proclaimed very good. The resturant itself bein in the pub is a little quirkey and there are three menu to choose from which gives a good choice in terms of cost. With service second to none I would recommend a visit

I went here for dinner with a group of 13 last weekend. I had the garlic crabs claws for starters and the grilled lobster for main. Both were perfectly cooked and very delicious. The staff were friendly and served all 13 of us at the same time with no mistakes or delays. Everybody was very happy with their meal. If you are staying in Dingle and like seafood, I recommend Lord Bakers above all others for dinner.

EXCELLENT ,we had booked for valentines night for 8pm ,we were flying in from london but unfortunately our flights were delayed ,so we rang and got speaking to a young gentleman. we told him of our predicament and he was very understanding ,we could not give him a definate time of arrival and he said to ring him when we were near,we did not arrive until 9pm and the restaurant was full a couples ,when we arrived we were met by the young man. he greeted us showed us to our table and we had a fantastic evening the food was simply delicious and the service was excellent .they must have turned away 30 couples that had not reserved that night and we were grateful that he understood our predicament , it goes to show that courtesy and good attitude goes a long way in the restaurant business ,we will be back!

I had lunch here today and really can't understand how it has gotten so many awards. I had the mussell's which were ok but the sauce was pretty flavourless. My friend had the roast of the day which was dry and looked as if it has been sitting under heating lights for ages. The veg was completely overcooked and mushy. The staff were very friendly but it wasn't enough to make up for the quality of the food.
