Connemara`s hundreds of lakes, rivers and mountain land, as well as the island studded Cashel Bay combine to provide our choicest food – fresh lobsters, mussels, clams, scallops, salmon, mackerel, brill, turbot and trout.
Choice meats and Poultry also feature on their menu – Connemara Lamb, Irish Beef, Venison, Quail and Guinea Fowl complimented by a wide variety of fresh vegetables from their organic gardens.

My partner and I strolled around the gardens before enquiring as to whether we could dine despite not being guests. I glanced up at the bedrooms and saw a big angry looking hag with brown hair gesturing furiously at us to leave. The guests are privileged snobs who can afford to be ripped off. Nasty vibe, won't return.

Lovely place, the food is nice and everything is fresh made. In my opinion the atmosphere is really fantastic. A place to try.
