It was at this premises with its water features, koi fish tanks and overlooking the heart of Galway city that Charlie and his team set the standards for serving top quality Chinese food to customers new and old.

We love this Restaurant - it is full of atmosphere and offers a great welcome to all. A wide ranging menu gives the visitor many options at excellent value. There is also a small but very good wine list and a range of excellent beers both local and imported. Well worth a visit.

Not for the first have we enjoyed another marvellous meal in Royal Villa. It is consistently superb throughout a wide ranging menu to satisfy all tastes. A very good wine list and some fine beers as an alternative to wine..

Ate here on the last night of a recent holiday with my girlfriend and her 6 year old son. They run a 3 course mid week special. 3 courses for 25 euro. It was the est 25 euro i ever spent. Szechuan with chicken beef and prawns and a thai green prawn curry were excellent. starters and mains were top notch as well. They were also great with my girlfriends son and seemed to be very accommodating for children

Visted here on a Friday night while on a weekend trip to Galway. The restaurant is set in a modern building on the first floor with panaromic views of the sea and over to the Burren. The staff were very friendly and made recommendations about which dishes to have etc. There is a good three course value offer for EUR 28.00 We ordered various dishes and then shared between us. There was also a good selection of international beers. For starters we shared Goats Cheese parcels which were delicious along with Spring Rolls. For mains it was a house tandori chicken curry, a green prawn curry and a sizzling duck dish. All were of a very high standard. For dessert then they stocked movenpick swiss ice cream which was delicious!

I really like this Chinese restaurant for a meal out as the atmosphere is really relaxed and staff are really friendly. They do a great 2 course meal midweek with a glass of wine for €20 which is great value as the portions are huge and the food really tasty.I had the prawns in Black bean sauce which was lovely served with noodles. The prices outside of the set menu can be quite expensive up to €22 for a curry which is a bit much!
