In the restaurant we serve a focused creative simple cuisine using the best of what the land can give us. Obsessively seasonal, we work very closely with local farmers and producers, many of whom are close friends, to get the products we need to reflect and capture the feeling and magic of the west of Ireland.
The wine bar is a more relaxed affair with a small dynamic wine list showcasing mostly organic, biodynamic wines all from small family run vineyards. We serve small plates of local and house made charcuterie, cheeses, pickles and snacks.
