Ordered a delivery to the house.. waited for an hour and a half for it to arrive, they had fotgotten the buffalo wings, sauce had been spilled all over the bag and the food and one of the burgers had spilled out and left lobsided.. the food was cold and the buffalo wings took another hour to arrive.. spent alot of money on that order i feel ripped of will never order again..

Decided to go to Eddie Rockets for a treat on the way home and hadn't been there for a while. The food was good except for one detail and that was that the burger patties were pretty well charred on the outside. This has never happened to me before and we complained but the replacement burger was charred to the same degree. Obviously they have a problem with staff training as the burger chef hasn't got a clue. Spoilt our visit and unlikely to visit that particular restaurant again.

Eddie's is a great place to go with friends, everyone climbs into a booth so its possible to have proper conversations, there is a good atmosphere and service, and the food is awesome, its a little overpriced but you always leave full and with a smile!

Food is plentiful , portions huge and tasty , the decor is 'alright' , but nothing to write on the internet ( or 'Home' , as I like to call it) Not somewhere I would rush to eat in , ok there is plenty of food , but it is expensive if you bring a few kids and they all want malts and desserts as well as a burger

I went here for a child's birthday celebration around midday on a Saturday afternoon and was surprised to see how busy it was. I ordered a burger, which was advertised as being a 1/3 lb... However, it looked considerably smaller than this, and was quite bland as far as beef burgers go. My fellow diners had the chicken nuggets and chicken wings, which were both reported as being quite tasty. The strawberry milkshake was said to have been particularly delicious. The novelty factor in the diner-style decor of Eddie Rocket's is always enjoyable, but I found this particular outlet to be in need of some renovation, as the furniture was quite worn looking. The waitress, who was serving us was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a plus!

This is just a fast food restaurant that our kids love. Must say though that we have never had a bad experience here despite other posts here. You get what you pay for.

As a HUGE fan of Eddies I find this to be the worst branch of the lot. The food is terrible and service not good. I called in to order a take-away 20 minutes before closing and was not even allowed in the door!! I was told they were CLOSED. Another time I wanted to order the onion rings (which I order regularly in other Eddies) and was told by the waitress that I should avoid them as they are always over-done & not nice!! Enough said...

I found service pretty bad here. I've eaten in other branches of Eddie Rockets and each time I leave I cant figure out why I'd want to go back. The name "Empty Pockets" came from somewhere - for the quality of food & service the prices are extortionate.

I have to say this place is not a good place. I was there and the service is very slow and the food is alright not up the standard I would expect from Eddie Rockets. The smell of burning was revolting and even our clothes were smelling of burning food even when we left. Not worth the money at all

Eddies is the same no matter where you go, the food is always great, but I really don't like this one. It seems a little bit grubby and the staff are not half as friendly as any of the other ones.

I've eaten at a few Eddie Rockets but this one has been the best. It's not a great place but fun with your friends and good to go to for a quick bite to eat and there will be something for everyone. I really love their mash with the gravy boat, this Eddie Rockets does the best one!

What can I say, this is one my favourite places to eat, I eat here all the time. Great place to go with the girls or my boyfriend. I love the chilli fries, chicken tenders and garlic mushrooms. Some people think its dear, but you wouldnt get tenders like that anywhere else. The atmosphere is great and its very clean.
