Maximilians Bistro is one of Dublin’s original Italian and Mediterranean restaurants which opened over eleven years ago. Head chef Fethi Bouaddou or Adam as he is also known, is behind the culinary genius in this restaurant which has been bringing authentic Italian and Mediterranean cuisine to Dublin since it opened more than ten years ago.
Fethi is an Algerian born chef but he grew up in France under the culinary guidance of his mother who inspired in him a passion for cooking. He believes that there are two types of chef; chefs that are born to cook and ones that just see it as a job, and Fethi sees his culinary career as a vocation.

Scallops Noix De Saint Jacques Pan fried King scallops topped with salmon caviar, Clonakilty black pudding served on a bed of mash with green cabbage & pancetta, covered in a rich beurre blanc sauce.
