I'm only a new person to eddies I've only tried it a few times and I'm devastated with my experience yesterday Not only did the waitress get my desert wrong I only got home to find out that I have food poisoning from my tender basket I will not be returning to the restaurant ever again because the service and food were not worth how I feel right now and I won't be recommending it to family and friends anymore either!!

I love Eddie Rockets but usually don't eat here, we stopped in here for the first time a couple of months back and although the food was lovely the restaurant was simply too busy to accommodate everyone efficiently. There is ALWAYS a queue right out the door on a Sunday (I don't know about other days) and inside is so busy with kids and families that the noise levels are just too much. Because of this, and I totally understand it by the way, the service is slower than other branches. You wouldn't want to be in a rush to get somewhere else, you'll be waiting a while here. Food is definitely worth it and was cooked to perfection as usual but you need to have the time to wait.

Sat for 15 minutes after bring given a menu waiting on anyone to take my order eventually asked someone and was told someone would come over. 5 minutes later someone arrived and took my order hot our food 10 minutes later which was on but got our drinks straight away so our coke was flat before we ate, the food was on if you like small portions, burger was small almost felt old, chips in a bowl, no extra sauces or flavours.....bland does not describe it. Not brilliant to say the least.

Love the deals introduced by Eddie Rockets, we have the chicken fillet burger with fries and onion rings, only disappointment tends to be with the fries as they can be very soggy at the bottom of the bowl, service was very quick and helpful considering how busy it was

It is what it is. Expensive burgers but the kids love it. Never leave without spending over €60 for four burger meals. My husband calls it Eddie Rockets - empty your pockets!!! I will return because of ease but not one of my favourite eateries.

I've been eating in Eddie Rockets since they just had one outlet in St Anne Street. It was my favourite restaurant for many years, serving excellent food with great service and good atmosphere. Any time I visited a new town I always checked out the local Eddie Rockets and have dined there all over the country and even in the short lived Liverpool branch. In recent years I have primarily used the Blanchardstown Centre outlet. I have found however that over the last 3 or 4 years things have unfortunately gone downhill. Whilst the quality is still excellent and the service and cleanliness are still great, the portion size has steadily decreased. Following 2 courses at any Eddies my family would usually declare ourselves to be "eddied" i.e. stuffed, couldn't eat another thing - this simply does not happen any more. The bowls & plates have been reduced in size resulting in smaller portions. The burgers in particular are much smaller. There was a time when the paper wrapping on the burgers gave cheeky instructions on how to eat them, they were so substantial. They no longer have such instructions, nor do they need them. I estimate the patty size has been reduced by at least 30%, possibly closer to 50%. At the same time other cost cutting is evident such as the change from proper glasses to plastic ones, they just feel cheap. Finally the greatest insult is that as the portion sizes have decreased, the prices have increased! Today the value for money aspect of Eddie Rockets has plummeted in comparison to the Eddie Rockets of old. Its sad too see, and I sincerely hope one day these once fine diners return to their former glory so that I may become a regular patron once again.

This is my favourite Eddies as its convenient for the cinema and after a day of shopping, love their cajun goujons and the half and half with garlic sauce, best garlic sauce around!! Staff are very quick serving and are friendly and can deal with busy crowds especially when the center has shut

I have eaten in different Eddie Rockets in Ireland and I am always pleased. This location is very convenient when going to the cinema in Blanchardstown. The quality of the beef is always good, the combo is great value and the service friendly and speedy although you never feel rushed.

I love this place, ok it is expensive but the food is one of the tastiest around. Their new menu offers the cheapest deals I think eddie rockets has ever had, Tender/slider/ meals only 6.50. I find the service always to be fast and very friendly staff. I do wish they had'nt takin the garlic mushrooms off the menu as they were they were my favorite thing on the menu. Over all love visiting this place and love the old music always being played to.

Eddie rockets is your typical busy fast food diner, with speedy service despite the wait. The burgers are costly when compared with BK or McD's, but they're usually more tasty and much more customised to what I'm used to. They also have better quality buns than any fast food joint. My favourite part of Eddie rockets by far is that they have proper root beer and they make excellent shakes. I'm in love with their oreo cookie shake (ask for it in chocolate ice cream).
