Port House Pintxo is located at 12 Eustace Street and this beautiful candle-lit, bodega style tapas bar is spread over the ground floor and basement of the building with a seating capacity for 110 people. Expertly trained staff will be on hand to help you choose your wine selection from the shelf while sampling the different types of pintxos and tapas.

Wines from the Rioja, Navarra and Getariako Txakolina regions of The Basque were sourced by the management team at Port House Pintxo, with unusual wines such as Txakolina and ports such as Dow’s Fine White Port being firm favourites of customers. They also serve little port tastings as desserts (and sherry tasting as aperitif)

Despite being rushed off their feet, the staff were very helpful . The starting platters were standard enough but tasty. The main dishes were not great. Several of our large group had lamb stew but there was no lamb in it whatsoever. It mainly consisted of green peppers. The desserts were a let down. No dipping chocolate sauce for the stodgy churro, a teasoopn of watery chocolate sauce sprinkled on it. It was relatively cheap as menus came with sangria and a glass of wine. Overall I would not go back again.

Great little restaurant, nice food, value for money, romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended when you want to spend nice relaxing time, have some good food which you can share with friends and do not spend a fortune.

What a gem of an eatery! Huge selection of tapas and such value. The churros are exceptional! The salted chilli almonds are devine. Their seabass on lentils was delicious, their gambas pil pil are yummy and its the perfect spot for a glass of Sangri in the city centre. Always a great buzz and such good value for money!

Always impressed with this restaurant, although it can be a bit dark when you first arrive it has a fabulous atmosphere and a great selection on the menu, prices are reasonable and staff always helpful. Went as a party of four and we were not too hungry so only ordered two tapas each which was plenty and left room for the delicious dessert - custard pie and cinnamon creme brûlée that we were suppose to share but nearly fought over!!

Always very happy with this restaurant. It's consistently good. We were a table of 10 for a birthday party on Saturday night and pretty much had the downstairs to ourselves. The service was impeccable and the food the same. Tapas is great as you can have as much or as little as you want. The food comes up quickly, however its fresh and the quality is excellent. The toilets here have a very unusual design and always seem to be commented on. All in all, I would highly recommend this place.

Really, really great restaurant. Food is delicious, great atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and helpful, took the time to go through the menu and explain each dish. Highly recommend the Sangria too!!! I can't say enough good things about Pintxo. If you haven't been, you're missing out!!!

The food is delicious. The calamari, chorizo in Rioja are favourites. There is so much to choose from but the tiny dishes mean you get to taste so much. This is a great place...
