This was our second time going in a week, we went on the 1 May for food aswell and when ordering food I asked for two pints of Mi-Wadi and asked do they charge for it and they told us no. So yesterday we ordered two pints of mi-wadi with the food and didn't ask if the charge and we were charged €4 for the two pints. I asked the Manager about the charge and he clarifies it was like that for 14 years (which isn't true considering we didn't pay on 1 May). His attitude wasn't very nice to a paying customer and I wont be back.

I wouldn't bring kids to the restaurant. One of the bar staff actually shouted at my 3.5 and 1.5 year old girls for making too much noise when they were playing between their lunch and dessert. The place was empty - no wonder if they treat paying customers like that.

More bistro than bar food the quality and service we experienced here last Sunday was second to none. I ordered the seabass which was perfectly cooked and served with champ, chips, cabbage, cauliflour and carrots, my partner had the beef which was both tender and tasty. The apple pie came with the nicest honeycomb icecream I have ever tasted!

I have eaten in here twice now and both times the service has been atrocious! its hard to get them to notice you even though they walk right past with a blank look on there face. The food isn't too bad but nothing overly special. we waited almost 20minutes for the bill to come over to us. wouldn't go here again.

I have been in the Terenure Inn for lunch several times in the last few weeks & I have never been disappointed. The food is always nice & hot, & the portions are quite big. For seafood lovers, I would particularly recommand the seafood pasta. The staff is really nice & friendly too. You feel relaxed & can enjoy your meal.

I have been here numerous times now and I have never come out feeling disappointed. One gets for what they pay for and I have always found the food very tasty & hot, I have never been served cold food in this restaurant. There is a really nice relaxed atmosphere, and they are very family friendly. Really good restaurant and I don't have a bad word to say about the place.

5 sisters were out visiting a sick relative on the way back we dropped into the terenure inn for something to eat. It was early so it was quite we all had starters of prawns in chillie which was lovely. My sisters stick to what they like which is chicken ina mushroom sauce they never tire of it.I always try something different went for the Bass O my god!! which was heaven I have had this fish abroad and in a lot of many other restaruants but never as tasty as this. It was delicious crispy skin, underneath white flaky meat Hum!!!! We all sat over a lovely glass of wine and had a good natter. it was a lovely way to start the new year.

I have eaten here a few times as a couple and with friends and I have been disappointed every time. The steaks are fatty, their garlic bread is not worth ordering as it comes cold or soggy, The service is good and they are friendly but they really need to have a look at the food they are serving.

I went here for my dad's 50th birthday for food before having a few drinks. Was not impressed with the food at all. I ordered the garlic bread which was cold and wet, and just not appetising at all. The chicken in pasta for the main course was way too spicy. My mouth was on fire for the rest of the evening. Would not go again.

Definitely do not judge a book by its cover. The steak sandwich at lunchtime is so juicy and the sauteed onions are very flavourful.

Its definitely restaurant food in a pub. The pasta is divine and just as good if not better than any Italian I've eaten in. I'd highly recommend it for any meal you're considering. Anyway if you go to the Terenure Inn to eat your in for a treat :)

Terenure Inn has the most delicious food I have ever tasted. I went for the roast of the day {lamb chops with veg and mash}.Unlike other chewy hard fatty lamb their lamb practically melts in your mouth and is incredibly easy to cut. The veg is tasty and the potatoes taste perfect {as does the gravy.}Though my overall favorite was the garlic mushrooms. I was quite surprised when they arrived because unlike the six small ones you usually get in most restaurants there was two giant ones. They had a crispy batter and inside them was melted cheese and mushrooms. My two kids shared a pizza between them and they couldn't get enough of it. As for the deserts there was a large variety to choose from. The staff were friendly and I recommend this place to families or people who like their Sunday roast.

The Terenure Inn is a fine establishment. My family and I have eaten here only once but we're always threatening to return and relive the enjoyable experience that was our first meal here. The atmosphere of some Inns doesn't accommodate dining but The Terenure Inn strikes a nice balance between bar and restaurant. The carvery meals are as generous as they are delicious and they are massive helpings! The Inn also sponsors Terenure FC so its nice to know theyve got an appreciation for the community. Top notch place
