The place was full but we got two seats in the bar. There was great banter with the other tables and the food matched the atmosphere. It isn't cheap but it is good value for money.

Food is always great here and none of us had any complaints. Portions were huge. Restaurant was very busy on the day so we sat in the bar area which was fine.

It not a bad place but very standard bar menu, I had food of the bar menu and its ok. Me and my partner arrived at around 4.30 and it quite empty , I had pate it was nice, then I had burger with chilli con carne wasn't great at all, my partner had the sirloin steak which said it was ok , even as it was not busy it's hard to find a waitress to order a drink as I had to go myself, over all I would be willing to give it another try.

I used to eat in the Morgue very regularly but since they changed the menu it's just not the same. They took my favourite dish (chicken with broccoli and brie) off the menu. Last time I visited I decided to try the burger: not a good idea, it was very very stringy and grizzly. Today I had the special (chicken with bacon in mushroom sauce) and it was stodgy and tasteless. I'm afraid I will not be visiting there again for a long time.

My local pub, find the carvery is absolutely delicious but at 12 quid I reckon it's a little pricey, especially for a student like me haha. Good pub atmosphere, lots of chat, and the service is decent. I'd recommend it

I love this place for bar food. They are excellent value, especially midweek when you can order two courses for €15. I go here about once a week, absolutely love this place. Massive portions, I love the pasta, and the chicken curry. Definitely, recommend this place!!

Visit the Morgue regularly and have never been disappointed in the quality and value. My favourite dish is the chicken with broccoli and brie, and morgue fries. Delicious! Atmosphere always friendly.

They do more than just a cavery here, the food is suprisingly good for bar food. Would definately reccomend the chicken fajitas, they're amazing! Great portions and value for money.

Have eaten here a few times. The carvery is lovely. I would recommend the lasagne or the blackened cajun chicken. Lovely food for a pub but it is owned by the same people that own The Eden pub in Rathfarnham so the menu is the exact same but I have found The Eden to be nicer in terms or atmosphere, food and staff.
