The Tap House crayfish and crab tostada with pomegranate and avocado is so so good. I get it every time I eat there. The butternut squash and peach salad is nice too- the butternut squash was a bit undercooked on this occasion but it is a good option otherwise. The traditional slider was very tasty and the chicken wings were a little salty but they had a nice spicy kick. I really like the atmosphere in the Tap House and overall the food is very good.

Great bar, great beer, great food, a must visit

I was here with two members of my family and we found the food were overall disappointing. The chips tasted fishy as I suspect chips were deep fried in the same batch as fish. Tasteless and pricey for a not so great food.

Food is average and not cheap, and the wine is overpriced for what you get. Great atmosphere but they don't take bookings and it's difficult to get a table on a Saturday evening. Will stick to drinks next time, won't be rushing back for the food.

This is a class A craft beer joint. Food wise, it's not bad but portion size versus price need to be addressed. I'm a growing girl and the sliders wouldn't fit a gap in my tooth!

A real winner- the menu is a well chosen selection of lite bites (pulled pork sliders ftw)- all very delicious, but maybe not a great choice if you have a large appetite. The beer and wine selection is terrific, and the staff are excellent. It's fallen somewhat victim to its own success, however, as it's usually quite crowded and can be uncomfortable. Still, can't fault what they're doing, and it's a very welcome addition to Ranelagh.

Went to the Tap House last night for the first time. Looking forward to going back already! We had the sliders and the only problem was once we had one we wanted 4 more each! The fillet steak crostini was delicious and we had to order another portion of sweet potato fries they were so good. The service was fantastic, the girls were so pleasant. and the space itself is very welcoming and cosy! We loved it.

Had a meal here with a group of girls last week, very nice experience. The food menu is full of different tastes, we order lots of different dishes to pick at and 3 sliders each, they are delicious! All very different and put together very creatively. Great choice of wine and would recommend it for a nice casual meal.
