I just went in today and asked for a regular Latte. The girl made the coffee then asked me for €2.90. I said, is it not €2.40? She said No, a large is €2.90. I thought there's no point in poining out that I asked for a regular. Little annoying details though!

Love this place. Friendly welcoming staff. Soup and ciabatta €5 - in addition to usual tomato and basil, they often have a different soup which is yet not to be delicious. Strong coffee too. Big fan, I go there regularly.

Delicious breakfasts with a really warm welcome. The easy familiarity between the patrons added to the welcoming atmos. A true honest to goodness ethos comes across in the simply fresh and delicious flavours on the menu. I was very impressed and grateful when Nicole reached out to help me as a traveller in need. Her generosity was greatly appreciated and made my day. Looking forward to my next visit. S

This is a regular of mine, mainly for breakfast and its wonderful coffee. The service is always exceptional but, being recently asked to include a newspaper in the bill (having viewed it over breakfast) was, in my view, sharp practice.

My boyfriend ad I are very fond of this little gem! Simple tasty paninis and salads, delicious coffee and friendly service. What's not to like!? Slightly overpriced for ingredients that are quite readily and cheaply available these days however the food and service is consistently good and always leave satisfied. Nothing too exciting but a reliable cafe nonetheless, which in my opinion is definitely worthy of a mention!

Been here a few times recently, the quality of the food is top notch although it is a little cramped inside. Its a great spot for a lunch or a coffee on the weekend, and it wont break the bank! Very customer focused, great bread (I think it comes from Il Valentino), and great coffee. Lovely sausages and rashers from Hicks were on the weekend brunch menu. They also will let the kids go off menu if required which is appreciated. Will be returning next time I'm in Ranelagh for a cheap and cheerful lunch! YUM!

What an amazing place - its like being in Rome and turning a corner and finding a gem of an authentic Italian eatery. Italian Food, Italian Wine, Italian staff, and great fresh food choices. The coffee is incredible and the owner Nikki her name, is friendly and charming with a can do attitude. Id highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ranalagh. Ive been a few times now and ill go back when in the area again. Good value too actually. try their bruschetta or one of their amazing breakfast panini....delicious. My wife has the sweet tooth and from the excellent selection of pastries and deserts she had the tiramsu ...all she says is ...to die for

Love love love this place! Hard to decide between the club panino or the salads, everything is delicious... The owner obviously prides themselves on getting the best ingredients which makes this place stand out from others. Great selection of little pastries, I especially love the raspberry tartlets... The Italian staff are lovely and you know you are guaranteed the best coffee available outside Italy!

We have been visiting Er Buchetto on and off for the last three years and have never been disappointed. Er Buchetto is the perfect spot for a stress free breakfast or tasty brunch. The place is really small so at weekends it can be difficult to get a seat especially at peak times, but if you get one, the athmosphere is great and the service is always fast and friendly. The panini's on offer are made with Ciabatta bread and are the best I have had in Dublin with a very wide selection. If you order a salad this also comes with a toasted Ciabatta bread on the side. On this occasion I ordered the Tomatoe and Mozzarella salad and had a glass of fresh Orange Juice and Capuchino to cap it all off. Everything was very tasty. My finance had a panini containing italian meat, sundried tomatoe, cheese and fresh salad and she loved it! The hot choclate and selection of fresh "mini" cakes are also well worth a try. Value - You are probably paying more than your average prices for this sort of food but then again, for casual breakfast and brunch food, I really don't think you will do any better!

Just the kind of place Ranalagh needs. Very small but really lovely. Staff were very friendly and made me a panini which wasn't on the menu. Good atmosphere and not too costly. Have been and will be back

Lovely place to have lunch - this place is a small cute cafe, that does delicious panninis and fab coffees. You can get the panninis to take out if you wish too. The caprese pannini is my favourite, very tasty!

The coffee is really nice in here: the Americano is strong with lots of flavour. Also the Mocha coffee is good. The cafe is very small, surprisingly there was enough room on the Sunday morning we went there.

This is a great little place. The food and atmosphere are amazing. It isn't really expensive either so it's a great place to go for some food. I'll definitely be back too.

I love this little cafe. From the minute you walk in the door, the staff are friendly, helpful, cheerful. It is like a little bit of Italy, and will make you wish U could speak fluent Italian! They remember their regulars, remember what U eat and as often as I have been there, I have never gotten food that isn't up to scratch. It is always good. It is simple rustic food, but I honestly cannot rate it highly enough. The only minor drawback is the size, it is small. I agree with previous reviewer though, you never have to wait long for a seat. I wish they would expand the premises but then I guess it would perhaps loose some of its character. Well done guys, you all do a great job
