Best food anywhere - fresh ingredients...they do not seem to use even tin tomatoes - all fresh tomatoes and fish. Worth paying for top quality food in lovely space. Wine list very competitive. I love this place. Had the monk fish special with home-made egg pasta...omg.

While very cramped & 'cosy' it was hands down the best pizza I have ever had! The bruschetta was delicious too. My partner had the pasta & said it was lovely. €100 for lunch for 3 with no wine. Very authentic. I heard they do take away so I will defo be back for a take away pizza - not the most relaxing setting for a meal as so cramped.

This is as authentic an Italian as I have been in for many years (outside of Italy) and I was really impressed. Everything was fresh. Everything was made to order - and it oozed Italy. We were there for lunch - and we went all out......starters of Bruschetta with tomatoes from heaven....and mains - lamb rib....and Spagetti with Seafood - and of course - then we had to have dessert - Tirimisu and Chocolate Fondant. My companion is a food Guru - magnificent cook herself and very very fussy - but she was bowled over....Her ultimate accolade - I could not recreate this at home....EVEN if you gave me these ingredients. Praise indeed. 2 x small criticisms.....(1) our own fault - we didn't dine until 2.30 - at which time the staff were replenishing the cupboards and quite a lot of traffic (staff) through the restaurant. (2) again - our own fault for not checking the prices of things....we ate a lot of food - to be fair - and had 3 x glasses of wine between us - but we did get a small bit of a shock when the bill came to €102.00 before the tip. We felt it was a little too much for a daytime meal. Hence only giving it a 3 for value for money. We will be back tho' - but perhaps at night time - when I don't mind paying lots for food. Particularly gorgeous food like this is. Thank you That's Amore.

Food, as always, was fresh and made to order. The seafood pasta special was full of good seafood, the raviolli he had was perfect, and my daugher's pizza, was delicious. Very busy and you need a reservation. Staff were very attentive, water jug was refilled and we enjoyed every morsel. Look forward to going back.

I had heard great things about this little gem in Monkstown and after this first visit I can safely say it absolutely exceeded my expectations. We were here for an early Saturday lunch and although when we arrived the place was empty, by the time we paid our bill it was clear they had a busy day ahead with the phone constantly ringing, and people popping in to inquire about availability for later that day! The food was incredible! We shared a caprese salad to start which came with some beautiful rosemary focaccia - the best we'd ever had of either. Followed by the chef's seafood pasta which was to die for! So much fresh seafood - and fresh pasta, for that matter. The tiramisu was amazing and coffee and wine too, but the highlight had to be the staff. The banter between the servers, chefs and guests is hilarious. A truly authentic, relaxed and delicious Italian experience! And don't forget - book WELL in advance! A place not to be missed!

As this restaurant is small they have to turn over the tables as much as possible so don't be surprised when booking that they need the table back by a certain time - you'll have more than enough time to order a 3 course meal if your stomach can fit in the ample sized portions. Once again we went for the chef specials which constantly change and never disappoint. And I tried the homemade Tiramisu which was one of the best I've had.

This restaurant was hard to get a booking for, but we finally got one! While it's a tiny place & cramped, the food and service more than make up for it. We had amazing truffle cream pasta, and the pizza is to die for. Authentic, homemade, real Italian food. Don't expect a quiet, private dining experience, do come for lively, busy and fun atmosphere and especially for the food! We've already another booking in.

A wonderful authentic feeling to this small restaurant -- glad we booked as it was full by 7pm. The food was fantastic - fresh goat cheese, big and tasty portions. The staff we so nice to my daughter too. Pizza is the best I have had in Ireland, the pasta was fresh and veggies full of flavour. We will go back as soon as possible.

Fast becoming one of my favourite restaurants. Once again the food was truly delicious and worth the trouble of trying to get a table at this very busy restaurant. For pizza lovers...the pizzas are very thin and crispy here but enormous and delicious. I always order from the specials menu as the chef comes up with new delights to try every time. I can't even tell you the name of the last meal I had as I couldn't pronounce it but it was pasta with a delicious sausage and pecorino cheese - truly authentic Italian yumminess. I recommend the Italian Raudii Corvina Merlot - not cheap but worth it if you like a really, really nice Italian red wine.
